Built, shipped, and set up company servers across the nation and internationally. Responsible for remote management of all servers after implementation. Managed all Video productions for training, documentation, corporate messages, including direction of actors involved. Managed Stored content to be delivered on demand for paid training programs. Provided modules for assessment for upgrades to programs when new technology was available, such as flash to create more interactive documents for training. Coded into the net streams to call out documents when the video called for it both stored and live. Build the company desktop units from scratch. built the servers from scratch and shipped to various hubs and to companies to stream within the corporate networks to limit bandwidth. Supervised a team of 30 primary operators, 15 secondary operators, and 5 first-tier operators. Provided effective solutions and resolutions when all lower technology supporters were unable to fix problems with Windows and related Microsoft programs. Escalation created the hardware situation as close as possible in the lab to test problem and recreate, then find answer. Removing all hardware and starting from scratch, to finding out if drivers were causing issues. This included laboratory reconstructions of product failure and interactions with distraught customers. Bonuses were obtained through the development of training videos, learning programs such as NT on your own time in the labs.
