Job Description:
Establish and maintain policies, procedures and associated plans for the credit union's Data Protection Program and related policies.
Work with business lines to maintain a comprehensive data inventory of data assets and any changes or additions made to the information.
Work closely with business lines to maintain the data inventory and associated classifications.
Input data and perform data mapping using the credit union's data inventory system.
Ensure the credit union's Data Inventory Program adheres to credit union data management policies and procedures.
Maintain system changes to the data inventory application.
Interact with state and federal regulators in a positive and constructive manner regarding the credit union's Data Inventory Program and applicable requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:
Data inventory related certification(s) desirable.
3 years direct experience in an Information Security or Data Protection role.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
Strong time and project management skills required.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and coordinate multiple time-sensitive activities.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related technical field desirable.
