Receptionist -- On call position

The Receptionist answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. He or she sets the tone for our facility by being an outstanding listener and information source and knows all points-of-contact for every area to promptly assist residents and guests. In addition, he or she performs administrative duties and operates the telephone switchboard for call routing.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, prior experience in a similar position, strong administrative and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
This is a PRN position without benefits.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
