We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits - Assist customers with their purchasing decisions - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash and credit card payments - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Assist with inventory management and replenishment - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology sales - Strong cash handling skills - Excellent time management skills - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Technical knowledge of electronic products is a plus - Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
