We are actively hiring for a Contract Corporate Recruiter! Join us and support client, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals.
We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence.
Essential Responsibilities Responsible for supporting recruiting efforts for a part of our Operations division.
Pre-screens resumes and phone screen the highest quality candidates.
Documents phone screen and make recommendations for interview.
May make offers to candidates recommended for an offer.
ATS documentation and compliance with applicant activity and requisition details.
Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
May negotiate with and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
May determine and implement the most effective methods for sourcing candidates (e.
g.
, advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, social networking, employment agencies, and job fairs).
What would make us excited about you 4
years' experience as a recruiter (corporate recruiting experience desired) Ability to manage full life-cycle recruiting (source, prequalify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers, etc.
) on a consistent basis.
Able to take direction from multiple sources.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
