Dispatcher/Service Coordinator

Looking for Customer Service Orientated individuals, be able to Multi Task in a high paced environment and have great scheduling skills.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily scheduling for Service Technician jobs and equipment.
Determine specific equipment and personnel to be deployed.
Ensure proper documentation are provided to our technicians to complete service requests from our customers.
Involvement in annual performance review process for Service Technician.
Communicate with the Service Managers on upcoming job and equipment requirements.
Communicate to the Service Managers issues from customers or scheduling delays.
Monitor Service In-shop repairs and services.
Daily review of Technician timecards, receipts, and other paperwork.
Timely update of unit availability for Service equipment used on jobs Daily record keeping, paper flow.
Maintain technical information, repair manuals, maintenance kits, and parts for customers scheduled jobs.
Fleet management:
Assist Shop with vehicle assignments of technicians.
Report to Shop when service equipment is down and needing repair.
SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
Previous Scheduling or Coordinator experience.
Experience in generators a plus Knowledge of mechanical or diesel equipment a plus Working knowledge of business software; Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.
Data entry, Typing skills Excellent customer service/communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to work efficiently, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines imposed by the demands of the workflow.
A desire to learn new concepts and tasks related to the primary business goals and growth Must work well with others in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment and be responsive to co-workers and colleagues.
Must also work independently, with minimal supervision and the ability to take initiative and create solutions.
