We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our store.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail (supervisory or sales role) Basic computer skills Must be able to work unsupervised Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Must be 18 years old or older Must be able to work weekends Must be able to work from our Glendale, AZ location Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.
The store is closed on Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers as needed.
Provide accurate information on product features.
Answer customers' questions about specific products services.
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing decisions.
Cross sell products.
Store merchandising standards.
Actively participate in the business community by completing company sponsored projects, attending meetings, training events, and attending local businesses meetings to promote Sparks Furniture brand awareness.
