These custom-tailored experiences range from corporate events, weddings, festivals, professional sports games all the way up to the Super Bowl! Position Overview The Concessions Cashier is the front-line contact for Craft Culinary Concepts and is responsible for providing quick and efficient service to our guests as well as assisting with other tasks in their assigned location including but not limited to restocking supplies, prep of cold and hot food items, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation to comply with Craft Culinary Concepts and local health department policies.
Essential Job Functions:
The Cashier is responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion building a rapport to drive future sales.
The cashier will usually have a register to key in orders and total sales, but may have instances that calculation will have to be done manually including providing correct change to the guest.
The Cashier is responsible for accurately filling the order by relaying information to a runner, a cook or obtaining needed food and beverage items on their own.
Cashiers will normally serve alcoholic beverages and must comply with all Craft Culinary Concepts and State liquor service policies and rules.
Cashiers are expected to keep immediate work area clean and free of debris as well as assisting in keeping the assigned location clean and in compliance with Craft Culinary Concepts and local health department standards.
Cashiers are expected to help with cleaning the assigned location and preparing it for future events with the direction of the Stand Manager.
We expect our cashiers to communicate with Craft Culinary Concepts leadership, passing along guest comments, or employee suggestions to improve service and drive sales.
Requirements Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card if 18 or older.
Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked Must have knowledge of cash handling including ability to total orders and make change without the use of cash register Must be able to effectively use cash register and credit card machines Must have a H.
S Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check and math assessment involving all US monetary units Must be able to work with a group as well as independently Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used by guests who typically visit the work location Must be able to work in a fast paced high stress environment Preferred 2
years counter server or equivalent experience in high volume restaurant environment or another stadium/arena Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers, supervisors and guests Other Skills/Abilities Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis Ability to work in a fast paced, tightly quartered environment is a must Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
