We are seeking to fill two positions:
a part-time EA for our Chief Financial Officer and a full-time EA for our CEO/Founder.
Role Objective As an Executive Assistant, you will step into a pivotal role that fuels our growth by assisting our CEO or CFO.
Responsibilities/Duties Manage executive calendars, ensuring seamless schedules.
Craft polished communications, memos, and reports.
Capture crucial meeting minutes for distribution.
Organize information flow with precision.
Maintain filing systems to empower our CEO or CFO.
Collaborate on expense tracking and reporting.
Facilitate one-on-one schedules and minutes.
Be the communication hub for executives, clients, and partners.
Coordinate travel and accommodations as needed.
Requirements Demonstrated ability to manage up.
Extreme attention to detail.
Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple tasks with competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
A professional, discreet approach to sensitive matters.
A positive attitude.
Enjoys bringing order to chaos in a start-up environment.
Full-time position with CEO is in-office (Glendale, AZ).
Pay DOE.
$48,000-$78,000/year plus benefits if full-time.
Benefits include 5 weeks of PTO, 401k with match, health, eye, and dental insurance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
