Responsibilities:
Greet and serve all patients Answering patient calls, emails, and 2-way text messages Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments Assist with patient check-in and check-out.
Maintain patient records and update information Treatment plan presentation Assist in back office when needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of others Reliability & punctuality Good verbal and written communication skills Understanding and guiding patient flow Keeping treatment rooms stocked, neat and organized Job Type:
