The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support.
You will also be responsible for assisting the veterinarians.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Provide administrative support to veterinarians.
Schedule appointments and surgeries.
Ensure that the reception and exam rooms are kept clean and organized.
Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
Obtain medical condition records for pets.
Ready vaccines and prescriptions.
Manage payments and cash drawer.
