- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Upsell additional products or services to customers - Process customer returns and exchanges - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities - Proficient in English, both verbal and written - Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for stocking purposes This is a seasonal position with flexible hours.
