You must be in the Glendale AZ area and be able to work onsite.
This position is Monday to Friday 8 am - 5pm.
No H1B visas.
Pay rate is 19.
00 per hour through 21Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Technical skills and typing - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Provide administrative support to staff members - Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events - Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems - Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Job Type:
