Keep medical tracker updated and in compliance Updating and distributing daily census Oversee office vehicle usage Office stationery orders (i.

business cards, letterheads, door lettering) Oversee office equipment maintenance Reviewing and saving IRs (Incident Reports) Support front office duties as needed.
Attend all agency events Qualifications Associate degree preferred or at least 2 years of office experience Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication Integrity and confidentiality.
High degree proficiency in MS Office suite/ SharePoint Job Type:
