MEB is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to help maintain our Apartment Communities.

You Have:
A High School Diploma or equivalent Five years' experience in the maintenance field, two years' experience as Lead Maintenance Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience Pools and Spa experience HVAC Certification preferred Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
