Airbnb Cleaner & Residential House Cleaner

We have another 15 Airbnb properties coming into our management and need cleaners who wish to fill in their schedule and make good money.
We are looking for those who have cleaning experience and are good at communicating and answering their phones when called upon for new job invites and when on one of our properties cleaning.
Note This position will also be offering residential house cleaning opportunities from time-to-time as well.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces - Make beds and change linens - Clean and organize closets and storage areas - Empty trash and dispose of waste properly - Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor - Adhere to health and safety regulations Requirements:
- Previous experience in Airbnb cleaning, residential house cleaning or hotel, custodial, or housekeeping management is preferred - Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and products - Ability to clean efficiently and effectively within a given timeframe - Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues Skills:
- Proficiency in various cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and surface disinfection - Knowledge of laundry procedures for laundering linens and clothing Note:
