At least 6 months of residential or hotel maintenance experience Maintenance technicians must have general experience in Electrical Plumbing Drywall/Painting Fixtures & Appliance skills HVAC, EPA, or CFC Certification a plus Ability to communicate well and work in a team/solo environment Maintenance technicians must successfully complete apartment turns, work orders Personal tools Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds 1.
