Administrative Assistant- Kinship Care & AdoptionThe Kinship Care & Adoptions program is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for diverse administrative duties as assigned, including database management, assisting staff of all levels, maintaining personnel and training information.

What is required? HS/GED is required.
Possess an insured & reliable vehicle and a valid AZ driver's license.
CPR/First Aid certified Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Added plus if you have:
Some college preferred Demonstrated increased responsibility over time in administrative role is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
