0 Quick Apply Full-time 54 minutes ago Full Job Description The Day Program caregiver is responsible for providing direct care supervision, providing safety and compassionate care, as well as ensuring the individual's environments are tidy, assisting with feeding, transferring, and/or changing as needed.
During your shift, you will be required to be alert, interact with attendees and co-workers alike, adhering to the Day Program schedule, and assisting in the coordination of day-to-day activities, outings, and other events as needed.
If hired to also be a driver you will also be asked to transport members at the beginning and end of their shift in a company vehicle, with an aide assisting them as needed.
This could result in receiving overtime.
You will also be required to complete daily progress reports and provide appropriate documentation.
You must be willing and able to address and manage a behavioral crisis in the event of an individual displaying a difficult behavior.
This job is located near Glendale Community College at our west office in Glendale, 9105 N 57th Dr.
Glendale, AZ 85302 and is a day program facility, not a group home.
