This L7 Principal HRBP will support the Ring CS, Neighbor Experience, and Blink CS organizations.
This includes a population of approximately 760 blue-badge employees, which includes exempt and non-exempt primarily based in the US.
This population size does not include the approximate 1900 3P employees located globally.
In this capacity, the Principal will partner with the Global CS Director and Chief Neighbor Experience Officer to enable strategic business outcomes for the Ring and Blink Customer Service worldwide organization.
This role also works with COE's, Talent Acquisition, International HR business partners, Workforce Management, DEI partners, and Compensation teams to deliver against manager capability, policy synergy, org design, and global expansion needs.
We are seeking an experienced Principal HR Business Partner who can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and works effectively across multiple geographies.
The ideal candidate will be able to play both a hands-on and strategic role, providing Human Resources leadership and expertise in areas of Employee Relations, Coaching/Development, Compensation, Conflict Management, Organizational Development/Design, Employee Engagement, and Executive Coaching.
This person will be instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs and initiatives within the organization, supporting the creation of an inclusive and diverse work environment, develop innovative solutions to deliver results, and will coach clients who lead small to large teams.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
