Emergency Management Specialist, GS-0089-12 (MPP-RF)

Major duties include:
Advises clients on the adequacy of emergency management programs, direction, and compliance.Develops emergency action plans for high-hazard dams.Develops and leads testing, training, and exercising requirements for emergency management functions.Initiates and manages work service agreements to provide clients services. All applicants must possess one year of specialized experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. To meet specialized experience, your resume must describe experience that demonstrates the particular knowledge, skills and abilities as defined below:
GS-12:
One year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal Government. Experience at regional or area office level designing, writing, and maintaining emergency action plans for federal high-hazard dams and designing, planning, and leading tabletop and functional exercises.
