Role Objective As a Director of People, you will drive the development and implementation of Human Resources programs, policies, and practices that promote talent acquisition, engagement, and professional development.
Responsibilities/Duties Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
Develop equitable and inclusive recruitment processes.
Oversee organizational onboarding and orientation.
Identify and nurture leadership opportunities.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Champion anti-racism, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Administer HR policies shaping organizational culture.
Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and relations.
Facilitate professional development, growth, and benefits.
Manage HR administration, including HRIS systems.
Requirements Strong understanding of HR regulations, compliance, and strategies.
Proven commitment to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams.
Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills in a company of 200
employees.
Results-driven mindset and passion for process improvement.
Benefits $140,000-$165,000/year salary DOE Health, dental, eye, and life insurance 5 Weeks Paid Time Off 401K contribution with 4% match Paid maternity/paternity leave.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
