Here's what a day in the life of a Collections Representative looks like:
Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts.
Each call is uniqueyou'll never get bored! Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented people are a great fit! Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent FDCPA knowledge preferred High speed internet required (10-15 Mbps upload/download) Ability to work from a quiet home office setting Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude Ability to problem solve and multitask Willingness to maintain confidentiality Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.

9am-5pm Saturday/Sunday OFF $15/hour plus monthly uncapped commission For Remote Positions:
The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up) Hard wired connection (no wifi, wifi hotspots) Speed Test Results:
25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload Employees must have dedicated internet connectivity/bandwidth that is sufficient to satisfy their daily responsibilities without interruption.
It is recommended that while a TSI employee is working during their shift, other members of the household restrain from activities (e.
g.
streaming, online gaming, etc.
) that may detract from the available internet connectivity/bandwidth.
Employees who have significant interruptions according to their manager may be required to work on site.
